**Digital Refund Policy:** Because our GigglePacks are custom-generated instant PDF downloads and digital game passes, standard physical returns are not possible. However, if your kids aren’t laughing, or if you aren't completely happy with your activity pack, please reach out via our Parent & Teacher Mailbox within **14 days** of purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, generating, or purchasing custom printable products from GigglePack, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a school, business, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. License for Use

When you purchase a GigglePack, you are granted a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license** to print and play the activities:

  • **Personal & Family Use:** You can print as many copies as needed for your household, birthday party, sleepover, or family gather.
  • **Educational Use:** Teachers and educators can print copies for their active classrooms.
  • **Restrictions:** You may not resell the digital PDF documents, share or distribute the editable play links to others for resale, or commercially exploit the content.

3. Custom Content Generation & AI disclaimer

GigglePack utilizes advanced generative artificial intelligence models to customize activities based on your theme and silly word inputs.

  • We place strong filters to ensure all generated content remains wholesome, family-friendly, and age-appropriate.
  • However, AI generations can occasionally be silly or unexpected. If your generated pack contains an error or an awkward phrase, please contact us at **hello@gigglepack.com** and we will gladly edit it for you manually or refund your purchase.

4. Secure Payment Processing

All transactions are processed securely via **Stripe**. By checking out, you authorize Stripe to process the specified amount. Any billing disputes can be directed instantly to our customer support team for rapid resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

GigglePack provides printable files and companion guides to facilitate offline physical play. We are not liable for any physical accidents, trips, or falls that occur during physical gameplay or scavenger hunts at your home, classroom, or party location. We advise parents and supervisors to ensure play areas are safe and hazard-free before letting children play!
